Suvluuraq Emma Swan is a director from Kivalina who was appointed to the NANA board in 2025.

In addition to her board duties, Suvluuraq is an itinerant administrative assistant for Maniilaq Association. She previously worked as a community health aide practitioner for Maniilaq Association and as a truck driver for Paa River Construction LLC, a subsidiary of NANA.
