Qanailaaq Marvin Barr is a director from Kiana who has served on the NANA board since 2024. He previously served on the board from 2015 to 2021.

In addition to his NANA board duties, Qanailaaq is a coach for Kiana High School. He serves as trustee and vice chair of the NRC Shareholder Trust.
