Josie Wilson serves as NANA’s vice president of communications, providing strategic leadership and oversight for all communications functions across the organization. In this role, she directs executive communications, employee engagement, shareholder messaging, branding, public relations, and overall communication delivery in support of NANA’s mission and business objectives.
Josie joined NANA after serving in senior communications roles across the oil and gas, healthcare, nonprofit, and engineering sectors. She brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, external affairs, and community engagement, with a strong focus on Alaska-based industries and organizations.
A motivational speaker and executive coach, Josie previously served as adjunct faculty at the University of Alaska Anchorage’s College of Business and Public Policy for over ten years. She is a career architect coach and certified high-impact facilitator, and in 2024 served as President of the Public Relations Society of America Alaska Chapter. Josie has also served on numerous nonprofit boards and advisory groups across Alaska.
