Iikuluk Joseph Luther is a director from Noatak who was elected to the NANA board in 2025.

He previously served on the board from 2009 to 2018.

Iikuluk retired from the Noatak Native Store as a carpenter.  He previously served as vice president for the Native Village of Noatak and as member of the Subsistence Committee for Red Dog.
