Albie Panikpaiq Dallemolle

Vice President, Economic Development and Sustainability

    Albie Panikpaiq Dallemolle serves as the Vice President of Economic Development and Sustainability (EDS) at NANA Regional Corporation and President of Atautchikun, LLC, NANA’s public benefit company. Originally from Kiana and a proud NANA shareholder, Albie has dedicated her career to fostering economic growth and sustainability within the NANA region.

    In her role, Albie leads the EDS department, which is pivotal in creating a sustainable, thriving regional economy. Guided by the strategic direction of the NANA Board, she spearheads initiatives addressing critical regional issues like energy security and affordable housing. Albie’s leadership has led to the successful procurement of millions in funding to support these initiatives, notably overseeing the application and management of NANA’s substantial $68.5 million broadband grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications and Information Administration.

    A committed community advocate, Albie is an active member of the Northwest Arctic Borough Community & Economic Development Commission. She also represents NANA on the Northwest Arctic Leadership Team and serves on the State of Alaska Workforce Development Commission.

    Before assuming her current role, Albie served as the Senior Director of Village Economic Investment at NANA. Her prior experience includes serving as the Director of Contracts for Maniilaq Association, where she was responsible for overseeing contracts, procurement, and corporate risk management activities. Albie’s extensive background includes project management for civil construction projects in rural Alaska and business management for the National Park Service.

    Through her diverse roles and extensive service, Albie Panikpaiq Dallemolle continues to be a pivotal figure in driving economic sustainability and enhancing the quality of life in Northwest Alaska.
