I agree that NANA owns all rights to these images and recordings and I hereby waive any claims I may have based on any use of the images, recordings or works derives therefrom, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, libel or copyright violation. I hereby certify that I am at least 18 years old and that I have read, understood and agreed to the contents of this release.

I agree that this release shall be binding on me, my legal representatives, heirs and assigns.
