NANA`s Annual Meeting of Shareholders is taking place on Saturday, March 22, 2025, in Shungnak, Alaska, beginning at 1 p.m. AKDT. If you are unable to attend in person, you can watch the live webcast or use the call-in phone numbers to listen over the phone. To access the webcast or call-in details, log into the shareholder portal at nanatkut.com. Shareholders can also call NANA at (800) 478-3301 to receive call-in information.
Shareholders who submit their completed proxy by Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 5 p.m. AKST will be entered into a cash prize drawing. Ensure your proxy is submitted on time to be eligible. Winners will be draw by Sramek-Hightower CPAs.

Tomorrow is Ashley Johnson-Barr Day, a time for us to come together as a community to honor the bright, beautiful spirit of one of our shareholders and reflect on her lasting impact. In 2020, Senate Bill 101 designated March 12 as Ashley Johnson-Barr Day, shedding light on the importance of protecting Alaska’s children from violent crimes and raising awareness about missing and murdered Indigenous women across North America.
