On March 7, 2023, during a special board meeting, the NANA Regional Corporation Inc. Board of Directors authorized a contribution to the NRC Shareholder Trust for the purpose of paying a spring dividend to Trust beneficiaries of $10.00 per share, for a total distribution for dividends of approximately $17.5 million. The dividend will be payable on or about May 24, 2023, to beneficiaries of record as of May 15, 2023. All NANA shareholders of record are beneficiaries of the Trust.

“I am excited to announce on behalf of our board we have declared a spring dividend to be paid to our shareholders in the amount of $10.00 a share, payable in May of this year,” said Ely Utuktauraq Cyrus, NANA’s board chairman. “We recognize the higher costs of living our shareholders are facing as we recover from the economic impacts of COVID, and the hardships it imparts on both shareholders in our villages and outside of our region.
