On July 27, 2023, the NANA Regional Corporation Inc. Board of Directors authorized a contribution to the NRC Shareholder Trust for the purpose of paying a fall dividend to Trust beneficiaries of approximately $15.00 per share (adjusted for the change in Consumer Price Index* year-over-year at the end of September 2023) for a total distribution for dividends of approximately $27.5 million, during the regular board meeting. The dividend will be payable on or about Nov. 15, 2023, to beneficiaries of record as of Nov. 6, 2023. All NANA shareholders of record are beneficiaries of the Trust.

“The board of directors would like to celebrate another successful year at NANA. We give thanks to our current and former leaders. I am pleased to share the news with our shareholders of the fall dividend,” said Ely Cyrus, NANA’s board chairman. “Our hope is the timing of the distribution will better align with the wishes of our shareholders to have it delivered before the holidays. We wish everyone a bountiful summer and fall and are thankful for the hard work of staff and the commitment they have made to our corporation and shareholders.”
