William “Billy” Utauyuk Sheldon Jr. is a director from Noorvik who has served on the NANA board since 2021.

In addition to his NANA board duties, Billy works as a truck and delivery driver for Noorvik native store and is a tribal council member for the native village of Noorvik. He serves as trustee of the NRC Shareholder Trust.
