Qaluraq Lance Kramer is a director from Kotzebue who has served on the NANA board since 2017.
In addition to his NANA board duties, Qaluraq is a self-employed commercial fisherman and pastor for ChangePoint Kotzebue Church. He serves on the Kotzebue Sound subsistence advisory committee and on the Kotzebue Sound Fisheries’ Association board. He previously served as pastor for W.I.T.H. Church and youth camp director for Maniilaq Association/Kotzebue IRA. He was a cast member on National Geographic Yukon River Run and a traditional knowledge specialist/subsistence mapper for the Northwest Arctic Borough. He served as a member of the Kotzebue IRA Council and on the Kikiktagruk Iñupiat Corporation board.
