Qanailaaq Bonita Barr is a director from Deering who has served on the NANA board since 2014. She served as treasurer from 2022 to 2023.

In addition to her NANA board duties, Qanailaaq works as a transportation coordinator for the Native Village of Deering and serves on the Maniilaq Association board.
