In May, the Northwest Arctic Borough extended its hunker down order through June 19 after the first case of COVID-19 was confirmed in the region. To best abide by the order, NANA’s Kotzebue headquarters is closed to the public, though most staff continue to work remotely and serve shareholders by appointment only. Village offices remain closed until further notice.

NANA’s Anchorage office has fully reopened to employees, though shareholders and the public must schedule an appointment to access the building by calling (907) 265-4100 or (800) 478-2000.

Face masks or coverings are required for entry at all NANA offices.
