Update on NANA Offices

Everything NANA does is with our shareholders and descendants in mind. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted our people and our region, and NANA is committed to reducing the spread of illness as best we can.

As of Monday, Aug. 2, NANA offices are closed to the public and most are returning to appointment-only status for in-person shareholder services. Shareholders in the NANA-region villages can contact their local shareholder relations coordinator (SRC) during business hours to set up an appointment. SRCs in the NANA-region villages are also available to assist shareholders by phone or VHF during those same hours. Shareholders in Kotzebue can contact the main office line for assistance. In Anchorage, shareholders are encouraged to make an appointment, but it’s not required. The Shungnak, Kobuk and Kiana offices are closed until further notice.

With safety as our top priority, visitors with scheduled appointments are welcome one at a time. Masks are required at all times.
