We invite all shareholders to submit their own photos showcasing their subsistence activities. Show us the bountiful harvest, the serene fishing spots or the exciting hunting adventures. Your photos could be featured in our upcoming shareholder spotlight in The Hunter!

Eligibility
Any NANA shareholder, regardless of age and/or location, may submit photos.
Submissions
Submit a maximum of five photos to communications@nana.com. The information below is required for each submission and must be included for the photo to be considered:
Name and contact information of photographer
Name of any people in the photos, if applicable
Location where the photo was taken
Description of what is shown in the photo
Date photo was taken
Rules
Photos in landscape/horizontal format are preferred.
Five photos maximum can be submitted per shareholder.
Photos must be submitted by the original photographer.
Photos must be submitted with all required information listed under “submissions”.
Photographs must be in digital format, with a .jpg or .png file type. If taken on a phone, ensure the resolution is at least 5 megapixels. Most phones from the last 5 years should meet this requirement. If submitting from your cell phone and it asks what size you’d like to scale your photo(s), select actual size.
No borders, frames, watermarks or signatures may be added.
By submitting a photo, you consent that your photo may be published by NANA in promotional materials at the company’s discretion without compensation to you.
Use in Hunter Newsletter
NANA staff from the communications department will review and select photos that follow the specifications outlined here, for use in The Hunter Newsletter.
Photo Release Disclaimer
By submitting photos to communications@nana.com, you agree that NANA has permission to use your photo(s) in The Hunter Newsletter and to publish your photo in promotional material. Before publishing your image(s), either printed or digitally, NANA will need to confirm the consent of the photographer and any identifiable person shown in the photo(s). Your assistance in obtaining the necessary permissions is appreciated.

By submitting photos for use, photographers grant NANA Regional Corporation Inc. a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, publish, display, distribute, reproduce, edit, adapt and create derivative works of the submitted photograph, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter discovered, including in use on websites, in publications and for promotional purposes, without compensation or prior notice to you, your successor or assigns, or any other person or entity. Submitting your photo(s) constitutes your irrevocable assignment, conveyance, and transference to NANA of these rights.
