On April 30, 2021, the NANA Regional Corporation Inc. board authorized a contribution to the NRC Shareholder Trust for the purpose of paying a spring dividend of $4.00 per share to Trust beneficiaries. The total distribution is approximately $6.8 million. The distribution date is on or about June 7, 2021.

“On behalf of the board, I am pleased to announce a spring dividend,” said Linda Lee, NANA’s board chair. “This is in response to requests from shareholders for funds to support traditional foods activities. Spring marks the start of many subsistence activities that continue through the summer and fall, including gathering plants and eggs, hunting, fishing, berry picking and storing foods. These much-needed funds help provide supplies, equipment, tools and related items to support the activities of shareholders wherever they live.”

Chair Lee added the board’s gratitude to NANA’s management team and all staff for their contributions to NANA’s strong financial performance which makes this dividend possible.

All NANA shareholders of record are beneficiaries of the Trust. Beyond dividends, NANA brings value to its shareholders through social and cultural contributions, economic development, cultural initiatives and other important programs.
