The online application for the NANA Individual Disaster Relief Program is now available at caresact.nana.com/. Paper applications are on their way via regular U.S. mail.

Must be enrolled as a NANA shareholder by Sept. 14, 2021. Shareholders who are 18 years or older are eligible for a maximum of $2,500 (born on or before Nov. 15, 2003). Those shareholders who are under the age of 18 are eligible to receive a maximum of $1,000. Parents, custodians or legal guardians must fill out a separate application for each shareholder child.

In order to speed up your processing time, we encourage you to apply online if you can do so. We have computers available at our shareholder relations coordinator offices and in the Kotzebue and Anchorage offices to help you apply online.

All payments will be going to the last known address on file. If you need to update your address, please contact Shareholder Records before completing the paper application.

Applications are due on Nov. 15, 2021.
