Qanailaaq Bonita Barr is a director from Deering who has served on the NANA board since 2014. She serves as second vice chair of NANA.

In addition to her NANA board duties, Qanailaaq works as a transportation coordinator for the Native Village of Deering and serves on the Maniilaq Association board. She serves as trustee and chair of the NRC Shareholder Trust.
