NANA Announces 2011 Shareholder Dividend 

Kotzebue, Alaska – Sept. ­­­­­28, 2011 – NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. announced that the board of directors declared a dividend of $14.70 per share payable on or about Nov. 14, 2011, to shareholders of record as of Oct. 31, 2011.

“We know the NANA dividend means a great deal to our shareholders and we are blessed to be able to provide it to them in 2011,” said Donald G. Sheldon, NANA board chairman.  “NANA is entering our 40th year. We’ve grown from a small northwest Alaska company to a global corporation but everything we do, every day, is for our Iñupiat shareholders. We never lose sight of that.”

In addition to dividends, NANA contributes millions of dollars each year to scholarships, medical, burial and disaster assistance, village economic development, language preservation and other important social, cultural, infrastructure and energy programs for shareholders.
