Incorrect 1099 forms were sent from NANA to your address in January.

Your 2007 NANA dividend is a QUALIFIED dividend which is taxed at a lower rate than an ordinary dividend.

Please wait until you receive the corrected 1099 forms tofile for your taxes.

Corrected 1099’s were mailed to shareholders on February 1st from the Anchorage Office.

If you have already filed your taxes this year, you will need to file an AMENDMENT TO YOUR TAXES with the correct 1099 information.

If you have not filed, please wait until you receive your correct 1099 from NANA. The incorrect ones can just be discarded.
